  • By becoming a Member, you agree to the terms of this subscription. These terms and conditions may be changed at the discretion of the administrators of this site. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments.

  • Members with a history of refunded or charged back transactions will be denied access.
  • Memberships may not be assigned or transferred. Sharing or distributing username and password information will result in immediate suspension of services and permanent blacklisting from all our sites.
  • Members are responsible for providing the administrators with immediate notification of any breach of security in relation to their username and password.
  • Access Restrictions: Access privilege to the Message Boards and LiveChat features may be restricted or revoked at the discretion of the site administrators.

    -Download software which facilitate bandwidth abuse may be denied access at the discretion of the site administrators. Using of anonymizers is prohibited.

  • Video Licensing and Digital Rights Management (DRM):
    -Videos  require a DRM License to view. 
    -Licenses issued to members will never expire. Members may continue to view the licensed videos even after their membership expires. (In case no dramatically changes to software or hardware are made)
    -Members will be issued ONE license per video file. Duplicate requests for licenses may be denied at the discretion of the site administrators.
